Install this or the FULL app2.
Open up Substratum app3.
Select this theme4.
a) For OOS: Select icons from the two overlays which say "OOS: Select Icon"b) For Custom roms: Select icons from the overlay which says "Custom roms - select icons"5.
Select the wanted icons from the list and tick the checkbox6.
Press the hover button and click "Build & Install"7.
OOS- Reboot device, Custom ROMs- Restart SystemUI8.
